Sisters! Let’s gather in community, to be held and reconnect to ourselves and each other, with a live in-person gathering of movement, sound and sisterhood.
For this beautiful four-hour pause in our lives, we’ll be contained within a field of loving safety created by Kaylo’s trusted practitioner Xochi Balfour.
Throughout the day, we will attune to the vibrations moving through our bodies, revealing & connecting to the true self within. We’ll use movement and ecstatic dance, exploring and honouring every corner of our bodies as we soften into the wave of our collective energy and wisdom.
There’ll be a moment to move into small groups and connect through nurturing and respectful touch, before integrating the work we’ve done together through song around our beautiful altar.
