A sacred sharing circle to give space, get to know and honour your inner child. The holidays are busy times that bring up a lot of memories and emotions. It is important we take time to become aware of what is happening within us. Unresolved or unexplored situations from your past may be preventing you from being fully present, causing you to have negative feelings or sabotage your day to day.
Let's talk about it and explore what is going on for you and others going through a similar situation with the guidance of psychotherapist and well-being coach Stefania Arzamendia. You will have the opportunity to work with Stefania one-on-one within the circle on any issue related to connecting with your inner child.
Stefania will be mentoring a sacred sharing circle for Kaylo every two weeks and you are welcome to drop in to any or all of these.
