The mood-enhancing neurotransmitters in cacao have a nourishing effect on humans - opening body, mind and heart.Please be aware of the following when drinking ceremonial cacao:‣ Our beautiful blend contains date syrup, tahini and spices. If you cannot have any of these, please get in touch no later than 24 hours prior to the event.‣ Arrive hydrated - drink lots of water before - and avoid caffeine or other stimulants on the day and alcohol the night before. This circle will be part of a process to help you reconnect with life after the loss of a loved one, understanding how to live with grief, moment by moment, day by day, as we hold love in our hearts for those we lost.The session will be guided by Kia, who has herself journeyed through the dark days of radical grief and found healing in forgiveness. Inviting you to share your experiences only if you wish, she will introduce simple practices and thoughts that you can integrate into daily life, starting with a willingness to engage with life as it is, and know that love is available and joy is possible even in the midst of grief. This slow-paced, meditative yin yoga class takes you on a quiet journey through key energy centres in the body. We will soften into relaxed and supported asanas for two minutes or more, using sounds and visualisation to explore and harmonise along the traditional tantric system of the chakras.

This open state has been called: the Authentic self, our Being, the Core, presence. For whatever reason, as children there are times when we are not met. To continue receiving love, we repress, hide, reject, erect defenses around the parts of ourselves that were not received. In this retreat we work on opening the different pathways to our Being. We will open the body through yoga, releasing energy knots so that energy can flow more easily. Through meditation practices, the mind quiets and the thoughts that arise are clear rather than jumbled. Through unconditional acceptance and group sessions, what has been repressed or restricted can surface and we can feel the full range of emotions.

You will receive a full refund, less 100 euro administration fee in case of any of the following:
the retreat is postponed due to restrictions and the new dates do not suit you;
you are ill with Corona and have a doctors certification;
borders are closed between where you are flying out of and Spain (with proof);
you can not enter Spain because of your vaccination status.
If you cannot attend the retreat for any reason other than COVID Regulations our Normal Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

The 450 euro deposit is to ground your place and is strictly non refundable or transferable.If you cancel less than one month before there is no refund however the balance of funds can be transferred to another person attending the same event when written notice is given to Nathalie or Eszter prior to the event beginning.

Going into midlife - which can be from late 30s onwards - is a time when we naturally contemplate our relationship with our innermost sexual nature. How has it changed for you? With experienced intimacy guide Sophie Benge we'll talk about social conditioning, sexual history, hormone changes and libido, and discover how our sexual nature is really our soulmate and supercharger, from perspectives both physical and emotional.The session will start with a talk covering anatomy, physiological treatments and energetic approaches to awakening our sexual aliveness. A sharing circle to show you how to transform feelings of judgement into compassion. Join this sacred space to share your feelings, thoughts and experiences surrounding judgement of yourself or others, and take the opportunity to have a healing conversation with holistic psychotherapist Stefania. Explore the parts you dislike within yourself or a loved one, and transform any sense of rejection into compassion. By accepting and having compassion for the parts we reject, we see the light and everything shifts to the better. You will have the opportunity to work with Stefania one-on-one within the circle on any issue related to shifting from judgement to compassion. Stefania will be mentoring a sacred sharing circle for Kaylo every two weeks and you are welcome to drop in to any or all of these.
