Why do people feel, think and act the way they do? How well do you understand human nature? Did you know that emerging science, such as quantum physics, is heralding a new paradigm showing how we are all connected with each other, and with nature and the cosmos, at the deepest level? We are at a crossroads, faced with the need to make a choice: do we continue on the unconscious path we have been on for thousands of years or do we choose a different path and a different vision of reality to guide us?Join scholar, Jungian analyst and cosmic poet Anne Baring for this fascinating talk tracing how we lost our former profound relationship with nature and the cosmos during the Solar Era (2000BC-2000AD), and with it the Feminine Principle, leading to the ecological and spiritual crisis the world is now facing. As the thinking changes and new science is offering us a revelation in our understanding of reality and our own nature, she points to the re-emergence of the Divine Feminine as our saving grace.Kaylo is bringing you this valuable talk free of charge. We hope you find it enriching, informative and inspiring. There will be time for questions at the end.

Take a deep dive into this ancient regenerative practice designed to connect you quietly with your inner teacher and build physical and emotional vitality and resilience. Also known as 'yoga of awareness', kundalini is a path for anyone seeking the skills to cope better with the challenges of our times. Shaped around a yogic structure of meditation, breathwork, body practice and chanting, each class varies according to how these elements are subtly emphasised.
Your teacher uses her spiritual ‘kundalini’ name – Jai Priya Kaur – for this class, a name given to denote a person's unique vibration. From this, her approach takes you through three levels of development. The first – ‘awakening and transformation’ – is about cultivating physical, mental and spiritual aliveness and developing your relationship with yourself. The second – ‘finding the guru’ – is tuning in to the calling of your soul, and to the divine mystery. Finally – in ‘becoming the lighthouse’ – you are taught to beam your truth and inspire others, stepping up to your full potential.
This deeply restorative yoga class employs slow and rehabilitative movements to help you nourish and realign your body and mind and set you up for the day feeling clear and purposeful. Gently guided by yin yoga and Vipassana meditation specialist Billie, each session has a specific focus that varies from functional movements to 'food for thought' philosophical themes. It would be helpful for this class to bring two blocks (or books) and a strap.
Rebalance your energy system, reconnect mind, body and soul and experience harmonious balance in this regular weekly qi gong class with our expert healer Tallulah.
We will start with a Dao Yin warm-up - an early form of qi gong practice in which we shake and tap the meridians to discover where the body is holding tension and invite it to begin the process of letting go. We'll then step deeper into this accessible, self-healing form, helping to reorganise our body's energy, settle the heart and use movements that connect the heart with the earth, gradually taking us into the central channel and open-heartedness. This is an easy-to-learn set of tools that have a really profound effect, encouraging the body to let go and activate the parasympathetic space - enabling it to resource itself and maintain a healthier, more empowered state of being.
This practice offers space and time for anyone struggling with physical pain, including from fibromyalgia, menopause or even physical breakages, and also supports those struggling with emotional stress including anxiety, depression, panic attacks or insomnia.
This session will be recorded and shared after the talk if you are unable to make it live. Are you looking for guidance and support on your unique fertility journey?Join us for an unmissable FREE talk on Wednesday 31st May at 6pm UK time with our in-house fertility expert, Emma Cannon.Emma Cannon is a renowned fertility mentor, women's health expert, acupuncturist and bestselling author of five books on fertility. LOCATION: St Ethelburga's Centre, 74 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AGTHIS EVENT HAS NOW SOLD OUT“All doubt, despair and fear become insignificant once the intention of life becomes love… Love is the bridge between you and everything” - RumiJoin us as we gather LIVE in community for this ceremony to connect to the wisdom of our beating hearts and the transformative power of the dance. We will begin our journey with the beautiful heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao. Central American ancestors used cacao as far back as 1900BC as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body.As we set our intentions, we drop into an immersive and guided dance journey - tending to both the slow, deep, quiet spaces and the wild, free, expressive places of our hearts. Our movement becomes medicine, as we align the inner compass of the heart towards a greater sense of compassion for ourselves, each other and the wider web of life. Collectively we rise and radiate our love as a blessing into the world.TIMINGS1.00pm-1:20pm Arrival & Smudging1:30pm-4.30pm Cacao Ceremony & Movement MedicinePlease note we ask everyone to arrive by 1:20pm and the doors will close at 1:30pm. We’re creating a sacred container for your journey and ask that everyone arrive on time so we can start together. Thank you.MINDFULNESS IN DRINKING CACAOAs we work with cacao in an intentional way, we peel away the layers and come into deeper connection with our emotional centre and the intelligence of our own hearts. Aside from its many physical health benefits (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, immune system boosting etc) it is a powerful yet gentle plant medicine that supports our inner-work and facilitates a deep inner meditation. The mood-enhancing neurotransmitters in cacao have a nourishing effect on humans - opening body, mind and heart. Please be aware of the following when drinking ceremonial cacao:‣ Our beautiful blend contains date syrup, tahini and spices. If you cannot have any of these, please get in touch no later than 24 hours prior to the event.‣ Arrive hydrated - drink lots of water before - and avoid caffeine or other stimulants on the day and alcohol the night before. Eat something light a few hours before the ceremony (plant based is great) and then we suggest you refrain from eating so that the cacao can be easily absorbed.‣ As cacao is a stimulant, you may want to start with less and then gradually increase to find the balance that works for you. After your first sip of cacao, wait about 30 mins before drinking water, so the cacao has time to land in the body. Cacao is great for detoxing, so drink plenty of water afterwards.‣ Important to note that certain medications, such as some SSRI and MAO inhibitor antidepressants, do not mix well with cacao due to the tyramine in chocolate.‣ If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, please be aware that the active ingredient theobromine increases heart rate and lowers blood pressure.‣ Pregnant or breastfeeding women - please be aware of the stimulating effect of cacao. Our movement is the medicine - so even if you choose not to imbibe the cacao or have a micro dose, we are all held in the strong container of our dance together.SAFETY NOTEThe safety and well-being of our community are paramount. Please take a free lateral flow test in advance, and if it is positive, or if you're exhibiting any covid-related symptoms, we ask you not to come in person but head to our streaming platform and join us virtually instead.

This circle will be part of a process to help you reconnect with life after the loss of a loved one, understanding how to live with grief, moment by moment, day by day, as we hold love in our hearts for those we lost. The session will be guided by Kia, who has herself journeyed through the dark days of radical grief and found healing in forgiveness. Inviting you to share your experiences only if you wish, she will introduce simple practices and thoughts that you can integrate into daily life, starting with a willingness to engage with life as it is, and know that love is available and joy is possible even in the midst of grief. We will end with a short, grounding meditation. This is a one-off session. Kia will be holding a workshop series in early 2022, that will delve more deeply into the life after loss theme.
This slow-paced, meditative yin yoga class takes you on a quiet journey through key energy centres in the body. We will soften into relaxed and supported asanas for two minutes or more, using sounds and visualisation to explore and harmonise along the traditional tantric system of the chakras.
This restorative style of yoga targets the deep connective tissues in the body – the ligaments, bones, joints and deep fascia networks. The body responds to longer-held poses by strengthening and lengthening the tissues, releasing blockages and allowing energy to flow more freely. The gentle, meditative style of yin creates space to tune into the senses and the physical sensations in the body, and with this comes inner clarity, composure and enhanced productivity in our daily lives. It is an ideal practice for those seeking the stillness of meditation while actively stretching or moving the body.
Check out the prep tips: this practice ideally requires lots of props to help create stable supports for each posture. If you have them, bring out your blocks and bolsters, or get creative and gather books, blankets, small cushions and large sofa cushions to use in the session.
Join Benjamin to discover the most powerful medicine the body has at its disposal: the ability to access the healing potential of the breath and to breathe properly. Breathwork specialist Benjamin Tree will gently guide us through the simple yet powerful practice of conscious connected breathing to release blockages (mental, physical and emotional), access the deep wisdom within and increase clarity and self awareness to support self-love and your relationship to others. How you breathe is directly connected to your experience of life. When you are stressed and anxious the breath is often short, shallow and laboured. When you experience a shock or trauma the breath is often held. In this way all your life experiences are imprinted on the breathing mechanism.Conscious connected breathing is a technique for connecting the inhale and the exhale so there is no pause between the breaths, thereby releasing imprints in your breathing mechanism. You are supported through the process to connect with the innate intelligence within, to let go of whatever’s ready to be released and open to the insights that are there to be received. It is a non linear process so every session is different and there is a spacious time at the end for integration and reflection.
In this two-hour Qi Gong workshop, healer Tallulah will share time-honoured techniques to shift and transform pain.
This is followed by a meditative sound healing session...
Wake & Shake is a fun and embodied way to start your day. Join Alex to shake and move through your body-mind, inviting awareness of your true thoughts, feelings, energy and essence, and awakening to your authentic being.

Revive the joy of play and spontaneity in your life. By regularly tuning into your flow, you will be able to cultivate self-love and harvest vitality. A feast of movement, music and connection.

We would like to invite participants at this circle series to have a copy of the book to hand, to give a focus to each session. You can join the circle at any time, regardless of where you are in any chapter.Join Sunita to expand your thinking, be part of a fun and lively discussion and feel empowered to take control of your well-being. Connecting with the energies of both the spiritual and physical worlds that we experience here on planet Earth.
Society conditions us with a view of what sexuality is that conceals its core meaning, truths and benefits. Settle in for some wise words from our experienced intimacy guide Ludivine Rose, who will teach us to remember and reconnect to the source of what is our most powerful, beautiful and creative life force - our sexual energy. Ludivine will focus on the power we have to shift our conditioned perspective of intimacy from something applied externally to something internal. 'Intimacy' comes from the Latin word 'intima' which means 'the core of who you are'. Let's make intimacy a personal affair: something that is first and foremost for you.
The fast pace of the modern world often leaves us disconnected from our spirit and the source of our power. For women everywhere, our physical womb space (or the energetic imprint of where it once was) is the essence of our being and our connection to the whole of life.
Reconnecting to this space is one of the keys to harmonious relationships, especially the one from which everything stems: the relationship with ourselves and our deepest intimacy.
This workshop is an invitation to all women to give yourself a moment to pause, feel and return to the feminine – recovering your deep sense of belonging and intimacy with this living, breathing presence called life.

Talking about endometriosis with your partner can be difficult. It is perfectly natural to feel afraid of talking about your endometriosis struggles. However, communication is key to enable your partner to learn about the condition, its challenges and the ways to manage it - and doing so can actually bring you closer and strengthen your relationship. Communication enables the other to have the opportunity to see things from your perspective and to get a clear understanding as to why you may be avoiding intercourse, and it opens the path to explore new ways of being intimate.
In this sacred sharing circle we will open the space for you to share your experiences within your relationships regarding endometriosis and the difficulties you have in communicating how you are feeling and thinking, as well as offering advice and a change of perspective to help you communicate to your new or long-term partner how you are feeling.

In the past 50 years, women have been measured by how successfully we have adapted to a goal-orientated, male-dominated society. But is this truly in line with our nature as women? As we more frequently question ourselves and ponder our purpose, all round the world a calling is growing to live more aligned with our feminine power. What does this mean?In this 75-minute session experienced wellness practitioner Sophie Benge outlines how this means living more intuitively, living with nature, creating, coming together in circles and wisdom, pausing and being - rather than being led by our minds and the urge to manifest. We can tune into our feminine wisdom through our bodies, learning to nurture our sensual aliveness as a source of confidence, pleasure and flow.Sophie will also introduce and guide two sensual practices to help embed in our bodies this concept of 'the feminine' to create a wisdom that sticks. 'Sensual touch' and 'free feminine flow' practices, both to music, are experiences to help the shift from thinking to feeling: a guided inspiration to help the body feel held and release trapped emotions.
We live in a complex world, where being part of the LGBTQIA+ community can add even more complexity to understanding who we are, where we are at, and how to be an active participant. Sense-making has become challenging for many, with disparate communication channels purporting to tell some version of the truth. It is easy to lose ourselves within the current cultural moment full of new and old labels. This Sacred Circle, run by both male and female community members with their unique experiences, is a safe space to be authentic to yourself and find your unique voice away from all the distractive noise. In the circle, we help you deconstruct the complexity caused by the world around us, and reconstruct a personal narrative that helps you live in freedom.

In this regular therapeutic sharing circle guided by psychotherapist Stefania Arzamendia, you will receive help to navigate your emotional health with more confidence, and connect you with others whose experiences you can learn from. Stefania is 100% here for you in these biweekly sessions, to support, advise and share wisdom in relation to your particular situation. This session is dedicated to understanding what is happening when you are triggered by something within a relationship. Our partner says or does something and we snap. In retrospect we realise we snapped a little too hard, more than the situation deserved. What was that about? Was it really your partner's fault or are they just triggering an old pain, an unhealed wound, or a part of you that you haven't made peace with? Together let's explore what is triggering you. Stefania will teach you how to manage your triggers and how to develop better relationship dynamics by dealing with what affects you. We'll also share the experiences of others to help us learn and grow.

It speaks to us because it is part of our ancestral memory, and because we are wired to see in the dark, to dream. In these uncertain times, we need more than ever to be able to dream, to see with our eyes closed, to imagine a way forward. What might shamanism have to teach us about survival and healing? How might we benefit from this ancient worldview – one that sees all life as interconnected and sacred? One in which we remember ourselves as part of the sacred web of life? How might we use shamanic practices to bring balance, connection and hope to our lives today? In this 90-minute sacred circle, Helen will share wisdom about the shamanic worldview, and guide participants on a journey to reconnect with our ancient shamanic wisdom.

What are the particular wounds experienced by the feminine soul in our world today? And how do they impact our bodies, our hearts, our spirits? Our sexual energy is our soulmate: the seat of our self-esteem and cradle of our creativity. And yet perhaps we don’t give it the attention it deserves. Maybe we think it’s a frivolous topic or we’re self-conscious. Or maybe we like the idea of exploring it - as our source of intimate connection, personal power and peace - but we’re not quite sure where to start.
This short workshop offers a safe space to contemplate our sexual energy, why it matters and importantly how we can ‘feel’ it, so that the concept becomes more real to us. Sophie will include some intellectual enquiry around our sexuality, guide us round the map of our genital anatomy and take us through two embodiment practices. When we embed in our body what we take in to our head, we create an experience that sticks.
Our sexual energy is the battery that fuels our world. Let’s nurture it.’

Childhood is the most critical period of our human lives. Science tells us that 80% of a child’s brain develops by the time he or she is three years old. Our most foundational experiences happen in the womb, and who we become as adults is deeply influenced by our earliest days, months and years on this planet. If we spent our first weeks in an incubator, or our mother fell ill before we were old enough to walk, or we experienced some other kind of deprivation in these early years, it is likely we continue to yearn for the safety, holding, nurturing and unconditional love we did not fully receive. As adults we can feel ungrounded, disconnected, sad, needy, and overwhelmed with longing. But all is not lost. The ancient spiritual technology of shamanism – once alive on every continent – can assist us in going back to our earliest experiences and repairing them. In this healing circle, guided with gentle shamanic wisdom by Helen, we will use storytelling and shamanic journeying to open a sacred doorway and move through it to bring holding, and deep nourishment to the inner child.“When our childhood needs were unfulfilled, they left a psychic wake: grief at the loss and a long, plaintive, interior cry for what we missed.” - David Richo
This is the beginning of our journey; we will start by opening the space together creating a safe container of trust and intimacy. By connecting to our womb and remembering in pleasure the incredible creative force it holds we will uncover our personal intention which will be the guiding thread through our time together.

Inside each of us is an inner child who did not get the holding and emotional nourishment needed during our childhood years. Science tells us that 80% of a child’s brain develops by the time he or she is three years old. Our most foundational experiences happen in the womb, and who we become as adults is deeply influenced by experiences in our earliest days, months and years on this planet.
The ancient spiritual technology of shamanism – once alive on every continent – can assist us in going back to our earliest experiences and repairing them.
In this healing circle, guided with gentle shamanic wisdom by Helen, we will use storytelling and shamanic journeying to open a sacred doorway and move through it to bring holding, and deep nourishment to the inner child.
“When our childhood needs were unfulfilled, they left a psychic wake: grief at the loss and a long, plaintive, interior cry for what we missed.” - David Richo

Venus / Aphrodite, Queen of Night, is the third brightest wandering star of nightlight. Her brilliant light and diamond beauty have inspired our upward human gazes for eons. To dwell deep with Venus - her myths, her movement in the sky, her wild beauty - is to come into contact with the scope of energy that we humans have called 'feminine'. In this workshop, we will discover how Venusian beauty inspires our lives in known and unknown ways. We will dig deeper to feel into her qualities of flow and emergence in our lived life, our somatic sensations. We'll explore how to cultivate and amplify these out from the blankets of patriarchy, and from tendencies both within ourselves and the world around. Our journey together will animate your innate sensitivity, with Venus as our guide. All of astrology and planetary awareness is a living rather than a knowing, that moves you and within you. The art of astrology helps and enables us to recognise this presence or absence. Astrological awareness is no different from ecological sensitivity, and it invites us to tune our body to the rising, stirrings, spiralling desires, longings and magnetic draws are being denied, blocked or ravenously pursued. This is the Venusian realm, akin to the qualities of the feminine. When we know how to hear, then we can cultivate the sensitivity to tend, repair and reclaim what has been disallowed. Venus is present in all our desires, attractions, aesthetic choices and values. Developing an intimate relationship with her will enhance awareness and aliveness for all these areas in life. In this workshop you will: • Learn where Venus is located in your chart and in the sky• Build connectivity with the cosmos, offering an expanded, deepened sense of your lived life• Enhance aliveness to your desires, attractions, aesthetic choices and values• Come away with a sense of how we are couched within and cared for by vast cosmological cycles and beings• Begin to recognise how the cosmos, the planets, are always messaging and moving through you - your individual life and the world at large - bringing wonder, awe, a deep sense of trust, calm and spaciousness within our body and being at all levels
